The Other Side of the World is Hot

We must surely be on the other side of the world...I think if you dug a hole in the ground, through the earth's core, from quaint NY or anywhere in the Western hemisphere for that matter, you'd end up here, not China (or not, as is REALLY the other side I've heard, the middle of the Pacific...how boring is that?). For India functions completely counterclockwise to life in the U.S. One and half weeks into this crazy country and I'm just posting the first taste, a very small (relative to what's been shot) take from Mumbai, which we have since moved on from. One week NYC, one week Paris (photos to come, in reverse order I suppose), one week Mumbai. Slowly, with each city, the insanity becomes more rampid. It's difficult to describe. Photo selection here is broad, unfocused. From a bizarre Bollywood set, which we got access to through actor friend Alex, to a gigantic colorful market. Scenes from a chocolate bar commercial with some apparently huge (and sellout) Indian actress, scenes from smelly alleys. And much, much more to come, where internet is available and faster than the cows that roam through traffic, which is the case here.
